For optimal freshness, our filled chocolates should be eaten within 21 days following the purchase date. Our chocolates without filling have a shelf life of more than one month.

Chocolate should be stored at room temperature and away from odours, humidity and excessive heat.

If the temperature gets too hot in summer, chocolate should be stored in a sealed container in the fridge. Do not store chocolate in the freezer. When you’re ready to have some, let it warm up to room temperature before opening the container. This will prevent condensation from forming.

All of our products may contain or may have been in contact with nuts, gluten, milk, sesame, eggs, soy, peanuts and sulphites. We prefer to let you know about this in advance.

Yes, we deliver our chocolates all year round. Product prices are adjusted during the summer season (May-September) to cover the additional cost of insulated packaging designed to protect your order from the heat.

Most orders are processed within 48 hours and are then shipped within 24-48 hours. So you should allow 3-4 business days to receive your order. If you have any specific time constraints, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We do everything we can to ship our chocolates directly to you, wherever you live in the world. However, delivery may take longer if you live outside Canada, we may ask you a supplement for shipping, and customs duties could be charged upon receipt.

For all destinations in Quebec and Ontario, delivery charges are $8.95. For these destinations, delivery is free for orders of $60 or more (before taxes).

For other destinations in Canada, delivery charges are $9.95. These destinations are not eligible for free delivery.

For destinations in the United States, delivery charges are $14.95. These destinations are not eligible for free delivery.

For all other destinations, delivery charges are $19.95. These destinations are not eligible for free delivery.

Easter is a very busy period. To make sure you receive your chocolates in time for the day, we suggest you order no later than April 4th.

During the purchase process, you will have the option to join a message on a gift card with your shipment of chocolates. (This option is free.) Take the opportunity to write down your wishes and thanks, and to indicate from whom comes the gift.
